The tiny little TV in the corner was ridiculous, no thought put into room design. And hot water? What a joke, barely a trickle. I'd have accepted an upgrade as compensation but no, just waited in vain. Honestly, i could've written a glowing review but this place just left me frustrated instead.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were accommodating and amazingly kind. Our twin room was equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The venue was in a marvellous location near Seoul, Gangnam and yummy restaurants and shops for what we wanted it for.

Aye, the check-in was smooth, fr. The staff was mad chill, helped me out with my late arrival and even called a cab for me. The room design was beautiful and comfy, like a lil' eco-friendly oasis. That view from the rooftop cafe? Dope! Just wish there was better ventilation with the AC situation.

My experience here was quite disappointing. Upon checking in, I noticed used items in the room, made me question the cleanliness standards. The common areas were in dire need of maintenance, which did not reflect the quality of the rooms.

I stayed for 3 nights to explore the trendy area of Sinsa and enjoy the nearby restaurants on Garosu-gil. The room was well-designed with a very comfortable bed, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept things tidy. I really loved the rooftop bar. The views of the city skyline were stunning in the evening, but I did notice some glass was a bit smudgy, which made taking pictures tricky.

Family with children not worth it
The location is pretty good, easy to get to the main spots we wanted to visit. The rooftop spot was nice.
It wasn't cheap, definitely overpriced for the issues we faced.
